“E-Gift Card” means an electronic email that has prepaid currency which can be used on Island Vibes website only to purchase Island Vibes listed products in accordance with our terms and conditions listed here.
E-Gift Cards may only be redeemed on the official Island Vibes Australian Website and can not be used in store.
All E-Gift Card values include GST.
Not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase other E-Gift Cards. Cannot be exchanged. Cannot be refunded.
All E-Gift cards are in Australian Dollars.
Gift Cards will expire 3 years from the date of purchase and cannot be extended under any circumstances.
If your online order exceeds the E-Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by other available payment options. If the value of the purchase is less than the Gift Card, the balance will remain on the E-Gift Card to be used for future orders online.
Expired E-Gift Cards lose their value and the card cannot be used for any purchase online. Expiry dates cannot be extended and can not be refunded. Purchase must be made within the 3 year expiry date.
We reserve the right to cancel any Gift Card for any reason at any time without notice. In such instances we will elect to provide a refund or a replacement Gift Card.
Gift Cards are treated like cash. Therefore, if lost or stolen we cannot replace, or refund and you will be unable to redeem on your purchase.
We reserve the right to correct the balance of your Gift Card if we believe that a clerical or accounting error has occurred.
Island Vibes is not responsible for lost E-Gift Cards.
Island Vibes reserves the right to verify the identity of the persons redeeming a gift card for whatever reason.
Island Vibes reserves the right to change the terms and conditions on E-Gift Cards at any time without notice.
