Unused product and order confirmation must be returned to Island Vibes head office within 30 days of the purchase date in order to be eligible for your money back (excluding shipping costs)

Application Forms:

100% Money Back Guarantee Application Forms must be fully completed and submitted  on our website prior to sending product back.

• Order confirmation must be filled in on application form will not be processed, returned or acknowledged if incomplete or incorrect
• Must have at least 50% of the product still remaining
• Printed Proof of purchase with item circled must be returned with the returning product.
• One refund of one product only per household / family at any one address.
• Application for refund must be in transit no more than 30 days after purchase date.
• Refund Payments will be made for the amount on the original purchase receipt to your original method of payment within 21 days from approval.

Island Vibes reserves the right, that in the event we suspect any abuse or fraudulent claims have been made in relation to the money back guarantee or any refund or returns, we can withhold the refund until proven to be legitimate claims. 
If we suspect our money back guarantee is being abused -eg multiple claims have been made in respect of the money back guarantee then we have the right to withhold any refund.

Note that shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost to return the goods are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you package the returning products appropriately and use a tracking number, insured service as we take no responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
