Refund policy

If you would like to return a product ordered on Island Vibes website, you may return new and unused items within 14 days of the date of purchase. Island Vibes will refund the purchase cost of the product(s) minus shipping and handling changes.

Items must be returned in their original condition.

Change of mind. 

If you change your mind that's ok, we change our mind all the time. We are happy to offer an online store credit or refund if form submitted and product returned unopened, unused in original condition within 14 days of the purchase date. 

Incorrect or Faulty Products. 

If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty products, please provide details (including photo and support documentation including invoice) within 14 days from date of purchase. We will get back to you and confirm whether you are entitled to a replacement of the products and we will provide instructions accordingly.

Missing Items. 

In the event that you receive your order and the unfortunate circumstance there are missing items, please photograph the parcel when opened with the items that are received and fill in the refund form and click missing items, and include the photos and your order confirmation email. Once received we will access and can organise replacements for the missing Products. Please include your order confirmation email so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.

Fraud -In the event we suspect any fraudulent claims in respect of refunds or our money back guarantee, we reserve the right to withhold any refund until satisfied proof that the claim is genuine. 

Shipping costs - are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend that you package the products appropriately and use a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

We will then touch base with you and advise the steps required to return your item(s) and then once items have been received, we will process your credit, exchange or refund within 14 business days of receiving your return.
