Currently we ship Australia Wide - some rural areas may take longer than stated. Please contact us if you are waiting on an order more than 10 business days with no contact from our team.

If you are outside of Australia and would like to place an order, please email hello@island-vibes.com.au to arrange International Shipping.

We endeavour to get all orders processed and shipped out within 1-4 business days. Please keep in mind these time frames may take longer or can at times be quicker, a tracking number will be sent to you once your order leaves our warehouse.

Once dispatched you will receive your tracking number via email. If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk mail. Once dispatched, Australia Post shipments are usually received within 3-5 business days, unless peak times when there may be delays.

Unless notified in comments on your order, for all orders there is a standard authority to leave without signature, as long as there is a safe place to leave your parcel. If you do not wish to have your parcel left without a signature, please leave a note when checking out. 

If there is no safe place to leave, Australia Post will take it to your local post office for collection.

Island Vibes estimate all delivery times, and these may vary, time frames are not guaranteed. 

Island Vibes is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia post or any freight carrier.

Parcels unable to be left without a signature will have the Post leave a card with details of when you can pick up your parcel from your local Post office. 

If you have not received your package within 10 Business Days of placing the order, and you have not been contacted by our Customer Service team to advise of a delay, please contact us via email. 

Missing stock due to the fault of the courier or the fault of the customer - is not the responsibility of Island Vibes and won't be replaced.

• Retail Orders - FREE Standard shipping for all orders over $99, otherwise a flat rate of $9.95 applies for Standard shipping and $14.95 for Express shipping.

• Professional Orders - FREE Standard shipping for all orders over $350, otherwise calculated on weight.

• All orders are sent via Australia Post and are fully trackable.

• It is suggested you provide a delivery address where a person will be available to accept your delivery between 9 – 5pm. Otherwise your parcel will be left in a safe please or if no safe place available it will be  redirected to the nearest post office / depot for collection;
